Vi søger en visionær og strategisk leder til at stå i spidsen for vores nye enhed, Training and Development, i People & Business Development, Tryg Privat. Denne enhed vil have det samlede ansvar for træningsaktiviteter indenfor salg og kundeoplevelser i Kundefront – det er derfor muligt at sidde både i Jylland og Sjælland.

Som leder af Training and Development vil du sammen med vores faglige ressourcer spille en central rolle i at konceptualisere og implementere en ny træningsstrategi på tværs af hele Kundefront – og derefter drive og videreudvikle branchens bedste træningsenhed.


Om jobbet | Skab udvikling

Som ansvarlig for træningsaktiviteter indenfor salg og kundeoplevelser til vores 600 kollegaer i Kundefront, vil du sikre koordinering af træningsaktiviteter på tværs af Kundefronts områder i tæt samarbejde med ledere og driftsansvarlige. Du vil udvikle, implementere og drive en centraliseret træningsstrategi med fokus på lønsomt salg, TrygOplevelsen og langvarige kunderelationer. Derudover vil du sikre ensartede træningsmetoder og høj træningskvalitet på tværs af alle Kundefronts områder.

Dine hovedopgaver vil inkludere:

  1. Anvendelse af data til at målrette træningsaktiviteter og sikre målbare resultater.
  2. Kontinuerlig udvikling af trænerne samt drive performance management på både trænere og træningsaktiviteter.
  3. Samarbejde tæt med ledere og andre vigtige stakeholders for at sikre træningens relevans og effekter.

Du vil få et stærkt hold af specialister med brede kompetencer indenfor fag, træning, salg og kundeoplevelser i reference, samtidig med at knap 20 deltidstrænere, som er tilknyttet områderne, får faglig reference til dig. På sigt vil du også arbejde med moduler indenfor ledelsestræning, programmer eller andre træningsområder.

Om dig | Tag ansvar

Du har dokumenteret erfaring med ledelse, gerne 3-5 år, og udvikling af træningskoncepter, særligt indenfor salg og kundeoplevelser. Du arbejder målrettet, ambitiøst og struktureret, og leverer altid høj kvalitet i alt, hvad du gør. Derudover har du erfaring med at arbejde data-drevet og anvende data til at identificere potentialer og forbedre træningsindsatser.

Du er en holdspiller, der mestrer planlægning og koordinering, og du har fremragende kommunikations- og samarbejdsevner på alle niveauer, hvilket gør dig i stand til at få alle med. Endelig er du IDD compliant og har erfaring indenfor forsikring.

Vi er et team på 10 engagerede kollegaer med forskellige baggrunde, der sammen driver strategi, projekter, forretningsudvikling og kvalitetssupport på tværs af Kundefront. Vores team er spredt over flere lokationer, med kontorer i Ballerup, Aarhus, Næstved og Kolding, hvilket betyder, at rejsedage må påregnes.

Selvom vi er bosiddende både i Jylland og på Sjælland, sørger vi for at koordinere og mødes regelmæssigt. Vi afholder faglige teamdage, hvor vi deler viden og erfaringer, og vi har også et festudvalg, der planlægger sociale aktiviteter for at styrke sammenholdet i teamet.
