Du bliver en del af vores Direct to Consumer team, hvor vi i alt er 22 medarbejdere. Som Retail Buying Coordinator vil du referere til vores D2C Buying Manager og spille en vigtig supportrolle i håndteringen af indkøbet til hummels butikker og online shops.
I D2C Buying teamet er der højt til loftet, og vi er altid åbne for nye måder at optimere og effektivisere vores arbejdsgange på. Her får du mulighed for at udvikle både dine faglige og personlige kompetencer i en flad organisation, hvor tillid, ansvar og selvstændighed er nøgleord.

Dine arbejdsopgaver hos os

Som Retail Buying Coordinator får du ansvaret for indkøbsadministrationen, som blandt andet omfatter:

  1. Ordreplacering i ERP
  2. Opfyldning/genopfyldning af varer i butikker samt håndtering af NOOS
  3. Analyse af salgsperformance
  4. Forberedelse af indkøb af nye kollektioner
  5. Assistance i hele indkøbsprocessen for Retail

Du vil få en bred kontaktflade i organisationen og samarbejde på tværs af vores brands og markeder.

Vi ser flere veje ind i denne stilling, men vigtigst er det, at du har tidligere erfaring fra indkøb eller en lignende salgs-backup position, samt erfaring med administration.
Vi vil især værdsætte, at du er nysgerrig og ivrig efter at lære nyt, og ikke mindst proaktiv i din tilgang til dit arbejde. Du trives med at arbejde selvstændigt, men værdsætter også sparring og samarbejde. Derudover:

  • Er struktureret og kan holde overblik over mange opgaver
  • Er analytisk, har øje for detaljer og sikrer høj kvalitet i dit arbejde
  • Har et udadvendt og positivt mindset
  • Har flair for Excel og er vant til arbejde i mange forskellige systemer
  • Sætter en ære i at levere til tiden
  • Motiveres af at skabe resultater og forbedringer

Dit nye arbejdssted bliver på vores hovedkontor på Balticagade 20, 8000 Aarhus C, hvor du vil blive en del af et team på ca. 240 kollegaer, der alle står klar til at tage godt imod dig.
