Terminal Operator

We are looking for new personnel to strengthen our terminal operators’ team.

How does it work

We are seeking motivated employees who enjoy a mix of administrative and hands-on work. Each member of our Terminal Operator’s pool will contribute their strengths, sharing daily tasks and operational responsibilities while utilizing their previous experience to enhance our operations.

More about the role

As part of the Terminal Operator’s pool, you will lead and support day-to-day operations, safely perform cargo handling and storage operations, and supervise the terminal's technical and safety conditions. You will work in shifts, alternating between shift leader and shift operator roles, sometimes working in a team and other times independently.

Not only terminal duties

In addition to managing the terminal, we operate a fleet of modern bunker tankers. When terminal workload is low or in the event of rapid response, you may assist in the shipping section, which could involve immediate repairs, administrative duties, or supporting crew changes.

Your profile

You should be passionate about your work and thrive in a dynamic environment. While working in a structured shift, no two days will be the same. Flexibility to work outside normal hours is expected, and you should be able to handle changes without stress.

Your qualifications and experience

We prefer applicants with a marine background or related experience. However, we welcome all applications, as passion and a willingness to learn are equally important. Previous experience as a terminal operator, seagoing personnel (deck or engine), or cargo surveyor will be prioritized. You must be able to communicate effectively in English and one Scandinavian language and have completed at least high school education.

We operate a modern fleet of bunker tankers with a mission to become a leading bunker and terminal operator, reflecting operational efficiency, technical innovations, safety, and sustainability in our performance.

Since 2020, we have been established in Port of Frederikshavn, Denmark, supporting the supervision of the oil terminal construction process and now strengthening terminal operations. We are eager to get started and want you to join us on this exciting mission.

The position is based in Frederikshavn and is a full-time shift operator role. We apply a six-month probationary employment period. The employment includes insurance and occupational pensions, in accordance with standard practice.
