Manager, Mechanical Engineering
Hartmann Technology ønsker at ansætte en kompetent Manager, Mechanical Engineering til ledelse af en organisation af mekaniske konstruktører og forme & værktøjer specialister.

Om stillingen:
I den nyoprettede stilling som Manager, Mechanical Engineering får du en central rolle med ledelse af en organisation på 12 specialister, der udvikler førsteklasses proces- og maskinløsninger til kunder over hele verden. Denne position giver dig en enestående mulighed for at bidrage væsentligt til Hartmann Gruppens globale udvikling og vækst.

Dine opgaver vil være:

  1. Udøve nærværende ledelse hvor den enkelte medarbejder trives, føler sig set og modtager såvel faglig som personlig sparring.
  2. Lede og udvikle en organisation af maskinkonstruktører og 3D CAD-specialister som beskæftiger sig med design og udvikling af procesudstyr, maskiner, forme og værktøjer til brug i et procesanlæg.
  3. Sammen med projektledere og medarbejdere sikre den bedst mulige planlægning af ressourcerne, når de indkomne kundeprojekter skal eksekveres.
  4. Standardisere arbejdsgange og sikre, at designprocesserne er effektive, således tid og materialer anvendes optimalt. (Som 3D værktøj anvender Hartmann Technology Catia og som ERP-system Infor M3).
  5. Forbedre arbejdsgange og arbejdsprocesser, gerne via automatisering af relevante dele af arbejdsprocessen.
  6. Sikre, at de aftalte proces- og maskinløsninger leveres til de globale kunder inden for budget og tidsrammer, herunder være med til at sikre at leverancerne opfylder de tekniske krav og kvalitetsstandarder.
  7. Bidrage til den overordnede strategiske udvikling af Hartmann Technology via udvikling af langsigtede strategier for afdelingen og for medarbejdernes trivsel og udvikling. Identificere og implementere forbedringsmuligheder, herunder evaluere og implementere nye teknologier og værktøjer.
  8. Implementere design forbedringer og sikre en god review proces af de tekniske løsninger.
  9. Sikre den etablerede master template for omkostning beregninger holdes opdateret og administrere.
  10. Sikre at teamet trives, er veluddannet og opdateret på nye teknologier og metoder.

Faglige kvalifikationer:
Du har sandsynligvis selv arbejdet inden for dette fagområde og har i de senere år opnået erfaring med ledelse, herunder evt. projektledelse. Du har erkendt, at du ønsker at fortsætte din karriere inden for ledelse. Du er formentlig uddannet maskiningeniør og/eller har mange års erfaring med maskinbygning og/eller procesanlæg. Da Hartmann Technology leverer projekter og anlæg globalt, er det afgørende, at du besidder fremragende kommunikationsevner både skriftligt og mundtligt – også på engelsk.

Personlige kvalifikationer:
Ud over at være dygtig til at sætte retning og motivere både medarbejdere og samarbejdspartnere, evner du at arbejde selvstændigt og struktureret. Som person er du positiv, energisk og proaktiv – du er nysgerrig, initiativrig, fleksibel i din omgang med andre og løsningsorienteret.
