Hvad stillingen indeholder
Du har i fællesskab med din eksterne Key Account Manager (KAM) ansvaret for et distrikt, der geografisk strækker sig fra Horsens og ned til den sydligste del af Danmark, samt hele Fyn. I skal i samarbejde udvikle og øge samhandlen med både eksisterende og nye kunder ved strategisk at udvide vores tilstedeværelse i distriktet.
Din rolle vil indebære at forhandle aftaler med kunder, der er i overensstemmelse med kundens behov og vores forretningsmål. Du håndterer effektivt kundekommunikation, som inkluderer virtuelle kundemøder, tilbudsgivning og samhandelsaftaler. Vi ønsker at være tæt på vores kunder og at skabe stærke og langvarige relationer, og derfor besidder du et naturligt proaktivt drive og er helt komfortabel med at booke og afholde MS Teams- og telefonmøder med kunderne. I samarbejde med KAM vil du fokusere på at opnå fælles KPI'er og fremme en stærk holdånd i både distriktet, men også i den skandinaviske salgsafdeling.
Hvis du har følgende færdigheder og erfaring, vil vi gerne høre fra dig:

  • God erfaring med bookning og afholdelse af MS Teams møder
  • Stærkt kommercielt mindset
  • Evnen til at arbejde målrettet og selvstændigt, men også indgå i et team
  • Stærk forståelse af B2B-kunders behov og forventninger
  • Evnen til at udvikle og implementere strategiske handlingsplaner for key accounts
  • Trives med direkte kundekontakt
  • Dygtig til at opbygge og vedligeholde relationer på alle niveauer
  • Proaktiv og god til at planlægge egen tid/arbejdsdag
  • Flydende i dansk og kan kommunikere på engelsk
