About the Position

We are thrilled to offer an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team at Mars Sweden . This role is situated within our Nordic business unit, based in our vibrant Copenhagen office.

As a Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our business by managing and developing strategic relationships with key grocery clients. Your contributions will be instrumental in shaping the future of Mars Wrigley in Sweden, reporting directly to the Head of Mars Wrigley, Sweden.

Key Responsibilities

  1. P&L Ownership : Take full responsibility for the Profit & Loss (P&L) of key accounts within the Swedish market, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
  2. Customer Strategy Development : Craft and implement customer strategies that encompass portfolio management, pricing, promotion, and category management.
  3. Account Management : Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key grocery accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth.
  4. Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, supply chain, and finance, to align strategies and deliver results.
  5. Continuous Improvement : Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, consistently seeking opportunities to optimize processes and drive innovation.
  6. Team Leadership : Collaborate with a high-performing team, sharing best practices and striving for collective success.

Qualifications

  1. Experience : Proven track record in Grocery Key Account Management, with substantial experience in managing large, complex accounts within the FMCG sector.
  2. Skills : Strong commercial acumen, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to influence key stakeholders.
  3. Education : Relevant academic background, preferably in business, marketing, or a related field.
