You will play an important role in developing and delivering the best possible solutions for our customers worldwide For immediate entry in our department located in either Copenhagen or Frederikshavn, we are looking for a flexible and experienced Shipping Agent to handle our import, return and cross trade shipments.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Arrange import, return- and cross trade shipments via road, courier, sea, and air freight
  • Coordinate and follow-up on shipments
  • Reconciliation of freight invoices with freight forwarders
  • Work close with other departments, including foreign offices, carriers, suppliers, and customers
  • Electronic archiving of documents
  • Handle ad hoc shipping- and administration related tasks

We imagine that you:

  • Have experience from an international shipping department
  • Hold a degree as a freight forwarder or equivalent
  • Have experience in handling import, return and/or cross trade shipments
  • Possess good English and Danish language skills in both written and spoken form
  • Are an experienced user in Microsoft Office (familiarity with SAP R/3 is an advantage)

We handle the daily coordination and planning of shipments, primarily dealing with spare parts for marine engines worldwide. We are a diverse team with different personality types and great humor.
