Coor Service Management søger en Finance Business Partner, der bliver ansvarlig for at supportere forretningsområdet FOOD by COOR (Catering).

Om stillingen

Som Finance Business Partner vil du blive en nøglefigur i at skabe økonomisk overblik over driften og sikre optimal økonomisk opfølgning indenfor dit forretningsområde.

Med reference til interim CFO & Head of Finance Business Partnering Jakob Stig Grau vil du indgå i Business Finance teamet, som består af seks erfarne Finance Business Partnere.

Dit fokus bliver på at drive den månedlige økonomigennemgang med driftschefer i FOOD by COOR og sikre en høj kvalitet i nøgletal og afvigelsesforklaringer. Du vil ligeledes arbejde tæt sammen med og fungere som sparringspartner for divisionsdirektøren i dit område, og bliver ansvarlig for at videreudvikle økonomiopfølgningen, analyser, business cases og præsentationer til ledelsen for FOOD by COOR.

Helt konkret vil dine primære opgaver være at:
  • Controlling af fuld P&L og cash-flow for forretningsområdet
  • Drive budgetteringsprocesser og månedsregnskab
  • Udføre analyser af økonomiske afvigelser og hjælpe med at udarbejde handlingsplaner
  • Bidrage til profitabilitetsanalyser og udviklingen af økonomirapportering samt KPI’er
  • Støtte Coors digitale transformation, herunder implementering af nye systemer
Hvem er du?

Du har en relevant uddannelse som HD (R), cand.merc. eller lignende og nogle års erfaring som Business Controller eller Finance Business Partner. Du har en stærk økonomisk værktøjskasse og er vant til at arbejde tæt sammen med forretningsledelsen. Erfaring fra catering/facility management branchen eller fra en anden lavmargin virksomhed er en fordel, men ikke et krav.

Din analytiske sans, stærke forretningsforståelse og evne til at formidle komplekse økonomiske indsigter gør dig til en stærk sparringspartner, der skaber reel værdi for organisationen. Du er robust, selvstændig og god til at opbygge relationer på tværs af niveauer.
