Du bliver operationel og strategisk leder af HR.
Foruden de traditionelle HR-opgaver af mere driftsmæssig karakter indeholder stillingen det overordnede ansvar for implementering af virksomhedens værdier, sikring af den nødvendige kompetenceudvikling og en række andre tiltag, som skal iværksættes som en naturlig konsekvens af Axlab´s internationale vækst.
Som medlem af ledelsen er du hovedansvarlig for at HR-strategien til hver en tid er i overensstemmelse med virksomhedens generelle HR-politikker, værdier og kommercielle målsætninger.
HR funktionens opgave er bl.a. at sikre at virksomhedens personalepolitikker er i overensstemmelse med gældende lovgivning og at yde personalejuridisk support og i øvrigt være ansvarlig for alle medarbejderrelaterede processer – herunder ansvarlig for:
- Hvordan HR bliver forankret og oplevet som en aktiv sparringsfunktion for lederne og den samlede forretning.
- Understøtte ledelsen i implementering af organisationsændringer og HR-relaterede emner generelt.
- Rekruttering, herunder samarbejdsaftaler med de eksterne samarbejdspartnerne.
- Organisations-, leder- og medarbejderudvikling.
- Styre firmabilspolitik, pensionsaftaler, sundhedsordning mm.
- Den interne kommunikation og virksomhedens HR-system.
- Udvikle og sikre de udenlandske HR-funktioner.
- Deltage i udarbejdelse og kommunikation af virksomhedens værdier og mål.
- At sikre virksomhedens samarbejde med de faglige organisationer, tillidsrepræsentanter og at Axlab har de relevante aftaler med interesseorganisationerne.
Den kommende HR Manager er en ansvarlig og initiativrig leder med en videregående uddannelse gerne direkte indenfor organisation/HR eller har en anden relateret uddannelsesbaggrund kombineret med en solid erfaring med fagområdet.
Virksomhedens størrelse og internationale set up kræver nogen erfaring med koncernstrukturer og et ret indgående kendskab til organisationsformer.
Du forventes derfor at komme fra en tilsvarende stilling i en større, gerne international, virksomhed og dermed være i besiddelse af direkte ledererfaring og et indgående og bredt kendskab til hele HR-området.
Erfaring med transformations/udviklingsprocesser og kompetenceudvikling vil være ønskeligt.
Du kan begå dig på engelsk på et professionelt højt niveau i både skrift og tale, da du får international kontakt med diverse stakeholders.
Du har gode kognitive egenskaber, er empatisk, samarbejdsorienteret og er en bevidst og god kulturbærer med et højt etisk moralkodeks.
