We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Project Manager to join our dedicated Sales team based in our Vejle office. You will have the opportunity to be involved in dynamic discussions in an ever-changing market, where every day is different, and every deal will bring its own, new opportunities and challenges.
How to contribute to our vision
You will be responsible for developing relationships with key customers. Your core task will be taking existing products, as well as new ideas, and implementing them into contracts which work for SGRE and our customers.
Some of the key areas we want you to be involved in include:
- Owning the customer relationship and customer projects.
- You will be the main driver behind developing a successful customer approach and strategy which matches the customer needs, profile, and strategy.
- You will work primarily to grow our burgeoning Offshore Aftermarket business with products in a range of categories including spare parts, digital and engineering solutions.
- You will work with a core team including Commercial Managers, Proposal Managers and Contract specialists. You will be expected to lead, challenge and coach the project team in order to deliver the right solution.
- Having overall responsibility for negotiation and conclusion of customer contracts, project planning and reporting.
- Ensuring adherence to Siemens Gamesa’s sales processes.
- Motivating, supporting, and developing a high performing and embracing sales culture.
- Understanding customer business case requirements and developing bid/negotiation strategies.
- Ensuring successful handover to project management upon contract signature.
What you need to make a difference
The ideal candidate comes with at least 7 years’ experience within the energy industry and ideally working in a sales or project management role. You will have contact with many internal and external stakeholders across various levels. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are fundamental for the role – including excellent Danish and English skills both orally and in writing.
As a person, you are self-driven, team-driven with a responsible and result-oriented approach to your work. You bring an analytical and structured mindset, enabling you to address several diverse tasks daily – while “keeping the full overview”. You are an outgoing and open-minded person, eager to join a global business with a tremendous growth rate and world-wide footprint expansion.
