We are excited to announce a unique opportunity within our Pricing team for an experienced Project Manager in Vejle. We are looking for a candidate who can bring expertise to our team.
The mission for the Project Manager, Pricing, will be to calculate, analyze, and safeguard the pricing of special project agreements for customers worldwide and collaborate with the group sales companies.
As Project Manager – Pricing, you will be part of the Price‐ and Master Data Department, which consists of five experienced colleagues working with the pricing structure of the business unit’s product portfolio towards all sales entities worldwide.
The Price- and Master Data Department, is a part of the Product Competence Centers (PCC).
Your tasks will include
Collaborate closely with production, product management, and sales organizations worldwide to gather necessary data and insights for accurate pricing calculations. Analyze, calculate, and maintain global price lists. Calculate list prices and discount structures based on business units and corporate pricing strategies and policies. Negotiate special prices in close collaboration with the responsible salesperson. Implement and safeguard ongoing price adjustments in business units, including post-calculation of adjustment effects. Collaborate, support, and control business units and sales with relevant data. Support sales companies worldwide regarding intercompany prices. Attend 1-2 annual global meetings with Product Management stakeholders. Describe standards, work procedures, and policies and contribute to the continuous development of the Price and Master Data department. Continuously implement a new sales system and a product configurator globally.Required qualifications
2-4 years’ experience in a similar role in a manufacturing company, technical commercial company, or project organization.
Competent in Excel with thorough knowledge of developing complex analyses, based on input from different ERP and BI systems.
Experience with Oracle, QlikView, and SQL is preferred.
Degree in engineering, economics, and/or supply chain/purchasing.
Combined commercial and technical interest and understanding.
Danish and English, spoken and written.

Successful onboarding and insight into culture, products, processes, and stakeholders.
Ability to calculate prices for project agreements, transfer pricing, and strategic pricing.
Proficiency in navigating the master data structure and IT systems using relevant BI tools.
Handle 80% of all project agreements by the end of the first 18 months.
