Dine arbejdsopgaver hos os

Du kommer til at arbejde tæt sammen med vores CEO og hummels øvrige ledergruppe om at planlægge ledermøder, Business Updates samt drive eller understøtte forskellige projekter og initiativer. Med et årshjul fyldt med møder, events og aktiviteter spiller du en central rolle i at sikre, at alt bliver planlagt og koordineret effektivt.

Det bliver din opgave at skabe en rød tråd i aktiviteterne ved at sikre, at kommunikation før, under og efter bliver udarbejdet, samt at konklusioner og aftalte handlinger bliver fulgt op. Samtidig sørger du for, at kalenderen altid er opdateret og planlægningen kører gnidningsfrit – fordi du altid er et skridt foran.

Dine primære arbejdsopgaver inkluderer:

  • Udarbejdelse af præsentationer til både interne og eksterne oplæg, hvor du sikrer et professionelt og engagerende udtryk.
  • Proaktiv kalenderstyring og håndtering af administrative opgaver.
  • Forberedelse og eksekvering af forskellige mødeformater på tværs af organisationen, hvor du sikrer en gnidningsfri afvikling og en optimal oplevelse for deltagerne.
  • Koordinering og opfølgning på diverse projekter og initiativer i tæt samarbejde med hummels ledergruppe.
  • Ansvar for vores rejsepolitik og -platform, hvor du sørger for at sikre en smidig implementering og tydelig kommunikation. Derudover vil du være behjælpelig med rejse- og mødebooking for ledergruppen.

Vi forventer, at du har 3-5 års erfaring fra en lignende rolle eller ser dette som et naturligt næste skridt i din udvikling. Vi forventer også, at din erfaring omfatter tæt samarbejde og sparring med den øverste ledelse samt du kan håndtere den fortrolighed, det medfører.

Dine fremragende projektledelses- og kommunikationsevner hjælper dig med at understøtte eksekveringen i organisationen. Rollen kræver du har et godt overblik og er vant til at styre flere interessenter og prioriteter.

  • Du har en relevant uddannelsesretning og erfaring fra en lignende rolle, hvor du har udviklet stærke kompetencer inden for planlægning og koordinering.
  • Du tager ejerskab over dit arbejde, er pålidelig og altid et skridt foran
  • Du er kreativ og superbruger i PowerPoint og Word, hvilket gør dig i stand til at skabe visuelle og skarpe præsentationer, der formidler budskaber med gennemslagskraft.
  • Du kommunikerer flydende på både dansk og engelsk – både mundtligt og skriftligt – og forstår vigtigheden af klare, målrettede budskaber i en international virksomhed.
  • Du har et skarpt øje for detaljer og balancerer kreativitet med struktur, så intet bliver overladt til tilfældigheder.
  • Du trives i et højt tempo, hvor din strukturerede arbejdsstil gør dig i stand til at jonglere flere leverancer og levere kvalitet, selv med korte deadlines.
