As a Customer Service Desk officer, you will be a part of the Customer Service Desk team. The role is focused on administrative tasks, customer contact, and ensuring that customers receive the best possible service. Initially, this role emphasizes administrative tasks, but as you learn, you will also handle emails and customer calls.

As you become more acquainted with your work, you will also be responsible for the quick and correct execution and follow-up of incoming client requests for information, in line with operational processes and customer agreements, to optimize service to customers in terms of cost, speed, and quality.

Day to day
  • Providing exceptional customer service on the front-line, handling contact with vendors, dealers, and customers via phone and email.
  • Making administrative changes in existing contracts during the contract's lifetime and filing documents in a digital archive.
  • Documenting and archiving data.
  • Identifying and referring any new business opportunities.
Requirements
  • You will mainly work from our office in Copenhagen.
  • Ability to communicate in Danish and English.
  • Preferably, you already have experience in a customer-facing role, which can be in a comparable desk job or face-to-face customer interactions.
  • It is a plus if you are (or have followed) a financial education.
