The Customer Service Representative is responsible for collaborating with the Nordic Customer Service organization to support the Nordic Business Units in delivering a superior customer experience. This role will lead the management of customer orders and calls, handle the process of customer complaint registration, and address other customer-related matters as needed. The Customer Service organization also supports the Sales and Marketing organization with various on-demand tasks related to external activities.
A key factor for success in this role is close cross-country and cross-functional collaboration within the Nordics.

Responsibilities

  1. Deliver a superior customer experience for both internal and external customers.
  2. Handle orders, calls, backorders, and claims based on departmental KPIs.
  3. Make outbound calls to customers and take a proactive approach towards customers and collaboration partners.
  4. Perform administrative back-office tasks: tender support, pricelist updates, etc.
  5. Focus on quality and a high degree of service.
  6. Maintain a performance-driven approach to ensure efficient task handling.
  7. Participate in customer events throughout the year.
  8. Handle daily office tasks such as managing samples and marketing materials, and office supplies.
  9. Communicate in writing and orally with customers and end users.

Essential Functions of the Role

  • Present in our local office in Fredensborg.

Work Experience Requirements

  • Customer Service Experience
  • Nursing or equivalent background is preferable.

Specialized Skills/Technical Knowledge:

  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to prioritize activities.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt quickly to changes.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, service, and networking skills – strong oral and written comprehension and expression.
  • Confident and competent on the telephone, in person, in writing professional emails, and in a customer-facing environment.
  • Good competence in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM systems, Outlook, and SAP (highly recommended).
  • Team player with a friendly, helpful attitude who goes the extra mile to get the job done.

Local Specifications (English and Local Language):
• English, and a minimum of 2 Nordic languages.
