Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll have the P&L responsibility of the platform and the autonomy to lead a diverse and talented team that includes traffic driving specialists to onsite specialists and customer service, everyone dedicated to unleashing the huge potential in an already international successful company.

We have a strong foundation across northern Europe and look towards driving extensive growth across South of Europe, DACH as well as driving our new growth venture in North America.

About you:

  • You have experience from alike positions where DTC acts as a spearhead for building a global brand while creating sustainable growth.
  • Thrives on collaboration and has a natural talent for engaging with colleagues, team members, and external partners.
  • Has a passion for the category we’re in; helping parents equip their children with quality clothing, toys, and accessories.
  • Enjoys mentoring and empowering your team, leading by a supportive, ambitious, and positive environment where everyone can grow and succeed.
  • Is never afraid to take a hands-on approach, as the team at times will be fully loaded managing the many tasks of growing our E-commerce business.
  • Can set a clear direction for the Konges Sløjd E-commerce business where we create short- and long-term profitable growth.

Your success in this role:

  • In collaboration with the CEO and team, define and execute the next step of the E-commerce business for Konges Sløjd.
  • Based on the strategy, set clear and ambitious goals for your team, and ensure a follow-up structure accordingly.
  • Lead and coach your team, ensuring that each team member feels valued and motivated.
  • Achieve the financial targets, as well as grow consumer satisfaction.
  • Execute on your commitments.
  • Long experience from e-commerce within the fashion industry, alternatively within the kid’s category, or from the interior design space.
  • Minimum 3 years management experience.
  • Experience with the entire spectrum of e-commerce, and solid insights into best practices within SEO, paid marketing, CRO, various CMS, 3rd platforms, CRM, etc.
  • International experience, specifically within EU, Asia, and US.
  • An ongoing interest in what’s next, and a keen interest in emerging trends like AI, voice search, and innovative e-commerce strategies.
