Keybird Instruments ApS is a startup company in Hvidovre, Denmark (just outside Copenhagen) bringing a lightweight and compact acoustic piano to the market. Do you want to disrupt a traditional market together with us?

Why is it that most people prefer acoustic sound, but end up buying a digital piano? That is the question we asked ourselves.

A more practical, acoustic piano, rooted in Nordic design, according to "form follows function" design principles is what we came up with. A Keybird piano is revolutionary in the sense that it can easily be transported to places otherwise nearly impossible to reach with traditional acoustic pianos. Ideal for content and influencer marketing. Convenient for increasingly urbanized civilizations and piano enthusiasts living in limited space apartments. Focusing on the acoustic experience instead of the digital is our attempt to harmonize with the vast amount of people wanting a life outside the digital world as well. Our instrument is designed to give quality of music experience in the most accessible way: affordable and convenient as much as possible, without compromising on the acoustic sound.

Many things are happening at once in our small company, so if you like the process of shaping a company and all the little side things that happen in such a process, that will be to your advantage. You are expected to take great responsibility on the commercial side of our startup, within sales and marketing, process automation (CRM, sales administration, website database, shipping administration, etc.) - in short, all stuff related to our e-commerce. You are expected to have a good amount of skills within this field already, to be a multi-tasker, always up for showing a good example and jumping in wherever help is needed to reach the company goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Experience with e-commerce/sales and technical marketing.

  • Structured and diligent in administration and managing leads.

  • Some "active connection" to music.

  • Self-starter, used to figuring things out on the fly.

  • Startup experience.
