Your Role

You will play a pivotal role in transforming patient care through strategic medical leadership. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Leading the development and updates of the Global Medical Strategy for early portfolio assets.
  2. Driving the scientific narrative and medical communication for assigned diseases.
  3. Building relationships with external experts to shape medical strategies.
  4. Contributing to clinical and real-world studies relevant to early assets.

Additional responsibilities include contributing as a co-lead in strategic forums, providing inputs into Clinical Development Plans, and preparing pre-launch activities for assets advancing to later development stages.

Your Qualifications

We are seeking a professional with a robust background in Medical Affairs and Clinical Development, ideally supplemented by global experience. Essential qualifications include:

  1. Medical Doctor (MD), PharmD, or PhD in natural sciences.
  2. Minimum of 8 years in Medical Affairs roles.
  3. Experience in dermatology and with topical agents is preferred. Medical board certification in dermatology is a definite plus.
  4. Hands-on experience with product launches and marketed products.
  5. Strong understanding of the drug development process.

A strategic mindset, collaborative approach, a high level of integrity, and being a quick learner are personality traits that will be beneficial for this role.
