Your profile
Providing professional digital advice hasn't gotten easier, but it’s certainly become more fun, challenging—and business-critical. You need to understand organizations and businesses. You must think strategically and commercially—but also have platform knowledge. At the same time, you know how to motivate a team. You drive projects forward and create clarity and overview. You take responsibility for ensuring everything comes together. You establish good communication with your clients and are skilled at conveying needs and requirements to the team, so everyone is 100% aware of where the project stands, the implications of various decisions, and what is expected from whom and when.

You should be able to position yourself in the middle and facilitate collaboration across the agency's competencies and the client’s business needs. Therefore, it’s important that you have authority and possess strong business acumen so that you can ensure the delivery of value-creating digital solutions within the scope of time and budget. It takes a skilled project manager to create value for our clients. But in return, we promise an exciting, fun, and challenging day-to-day life at Dwarf.

We imagine that:

  • You are easy to get along with, pragmatic, and solution-oriented. People skills matter more than anything else—and you are a strong communicator.
  • You have a strong understanding of technical concepts and processes and the ability to communicate them clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Yes, you also have a solid education. It could be from KU, ITU, DTU, AAU, CBS, DMJX, or abroad. Preferably with a methodical background that can be applied.
  • You are a good commercial sparring partner and are highly solution-oriented. There is no one right way but a thousand ways to solve a problem, so you need to help the client, in collaboration with our business developers, make decisions that yield the best ROI for what we create together.
  • You have experience in a similar position and can document it.
  • You speak and write fluent Danish and English.
