About This Role:

We're seeking a skilled SaaS Implementation Specialist to join our team at The Hub/Danske Bank. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our customers successfully adopt and implement our SaaS solution into their organizations.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding new customers through the onboarding process, providing them with the support and expertise needed to leverage our platform effectively. This requires a combination of technical proficiency, project management skills, and excellent communication abilities to facilitate a seamless transition for our clients.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with our sales consultants on bigger sales deals, providing high-quality training to TimeLog Responsibles and end-users, and facilitating workshops with project groups to discuss their business processes.

Our ideal candidate possesses excellent problem-solving skills, a master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or a related field, and experience in C-level relations. Fluency in English and Danish is a must, with additional language proficiency in Swedish or German being an advantage.

Your Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Native Danish language and fluent English; additional language proficiency in Swedish or German is an advantage
  • Financial understanding (KPI figures, bookkeeping principles, salary management)
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or related field
  • Experience in C-level relations
  • Understanding of customers' business logic
  • 2-3+ years' experience maintaining client relationships
  • Experience and confidence in hosting web meetings/workshops
  • Project Management skills and consulting experience
