The Superb opportunity:
We are building a talent pool of candidates to join our fantastic Nordic sales team. We always want to connect with people who want to join us on our mission to revolutionise the restaurant industry.
In this role you will be responsible for growing our customer base and revenue in the Nordics, with the mission of making Superb the #1 platform for restaurants in your market.
To achieve this mission, you will be using a consultative sales approach. You will prospect, build relationships, and sign up new restaurateurs in your territory. Restaurants are a tight-knit community where everyone knows each other and therefore you will be strong in building customer relationships to expand your network with recommendations and referrals. We need your passion and sales expertise to help us build and grow the Superb brand in your geographic territory.
What you will do:
- Lead the charge introducing Superb to all restaurants in your territory
- Oversee the sales cycle from prospect, demo to close
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals through outbound sales efforts
- Understand the struggle of a customer and approach each conversation with a consultative approach
- Partner with Product and Marketing teams to ensure our solutions meet the needs of the market
- Understand the competitive landscape and determine how to best position Superb in the market
- Leverage Hubspot (our CRM) to manage all sales activities
What you will need:
- +1 years experience in a closing sales role
- Experience cold-calling into various types of local businesses, with evidence of success, preferred
- Knowledge of restaurant operations is a plus or genuine interest in the restaurant industry
- Danish, Swedish or Norwegian on a fluent level
- You live in Copenhagen or nearby and are able to travel around for customer meetings
- High energy and great with building relationships (our people is our brand)
- A collaborative and team player mentality
