Our solution, Autoflows, is a unique customer data platform for the automotive industry that allows dealers to take action on data and grow their business through intelligent data structuring and marketing automation. Autoflows is already well established in Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Germany, and the UK. We work with the most prestigious brands and dealers in the world such as Audi, VW, Porsche, SKODA, Seat, Peugeot, Opel, Suzuki, KIA, Ford, Volvo, Renault, Mercedes, and Citroën. Our deep knowledge of the automotive industry helps us design relevant plug-and-play digital services.

The role

Working together with the leadership team, the marketing team, and the commercial team, you will be in charge of winning Sweden and moving leads to customers through a stellar go-to-market strategy. You will be expected to bring solid project management skills to build and maintain a strong plan as well as experience with executing growth strategies and activities. You must have a commercial mindset with a customer focus and understand what drives customer behavior when it comes to trying and buying new solutions so you can design the right sales processes.

You will be joining the Swedish team consisting of a Commercial Manager and Customer Success Consultant. Your focus will be to bring new clients to the table and help build client relationships through the sales process so these can be handed over to our Customer Success team for onboarding and continued success.

This role is key in our strategy to unleash ag analytics’ potential. The role is highly impactful, and you will deliver and see results from the first day.

  1. Initiating the sales cycle: Day-to-day targeting and prospecting of new business customers through outbound prospecting.
  2. Running Discovery Meetings with prospects and qualifying new business opportunities.
  3. Innovating and optimizing lead development ideas and strategies.
  4. Ensuring excellent sales pipeline by managing sales leads and key decision-maker interactions.
  5. Proactively learning about Autoflows' expanding service portfolio, competitive offering, and automotive trends.
  6. Organize and hold webinars, events, and online meetings.
  7. Track your performance and adjust accordingly.
  8. Manage your weekly, monthly, and quarterly pipeline.
  9. Account management of your client portfolio until handover to Customer Success.
  10. Collaborate with marketing for lead generation and your commercial colleagues for alignment and idea generation.
What we expect from you:
  1. A commercial background and evidence of business growth preferably from a tech company.
  2. Strong desire to be in tech sales. Excellent relationship building and a strong sense of curiosity.
  3. Stellar communication skills and experience talking to and dealing with C-Level executives.
  4. Experience being held to metrics (quota carrying).
  5. Experience with building and maintaining a go-to-market strategy and plan.
  6. Experience with building and managing your own pipeline.
  7. Ability to execute your plan with email campaigns, SoMe, telemarketing, white papers, and similar to build awareness and capture your audience.
  8. Experience with social selling, holding sales meetings, and webinars on your own.
  9. Demonstrated client relationship management capabilities.
  10. Proven commercial awareness and business acumen.
  11. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  12. Must speak and write Swedish fluently.

This is not a remote role; it requires you to work from our Copenhagen office.
