Kindly is a growing tech company of 60+ employees, working out of Oslo, Stockholm, Copenhagen, and Amsterdam We create chatbot solutions for businesses, particularly in the B2C sectors. What you'll do

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) on the Sales Team , your job will be to:

  1. Manage, nurture, and grow your pipeline by running your own prospecting initiatives.
  2. Maintain a minimum call & email volume to move your leads down the Sales funnel.
  3. Proactively seek new business opportunities in the German market.
  4. Manage, track, and report your daily activities and results using HubSpot, Salesloft, Cognism, and other tools.
  5. Partner with Account Executives to work the territory and succeed together.
  6. Stay up-to-date with Kindly’s products and services.
  7. Participate and actively engage in ongoing training to learn new best practices and develop your skills in a revenue-driving role.

Who you are

  1. Enthusiastic with a positive attitude and curious mindset.
  2. Have a passion for Sales and building relationships.
  3. Familiar with outbound prospecting via email and phone.
  4. Ambitious to meet and exceed targets.
  5. Willing to learn something new every day and be coached by our Sales experts.
  6. Fluent in German and English (third language is a big plus).
  7. You probably hate to lose.
  8. A natural-born team player, of course.
