Porsche i Danmark har gennem de seneste fem år oplevet en stor vækst og tilgang af biler til bestanden blandt andet grundet lancering af nye og attraktive modeller som den fuldt elektriske Porsche Taycan, Panamera E-Hybrid, Cayenne E-Hybrid og senest den fuldt elektriske Macan.
Vi søger en dygtig og erfaren salgschef til eftermarkedet til at lede vores eftermarkedsafdeling og sikre fortsat vækst og høj kundetilfredshed.
Om jobbet
Som eftermarkedssalgschef hos Porsche import får du ansvaret for at:
- Udvikle og implementere strategier for at øge salget af serviceydelser, reservedele og tilbehør til eksisterende og nye kunder gennem vores partnere.
- Lede vores eftermarkedsafdeling bestående af fire medarbejdere med fokus på at motivere og servicere vores forhandlere og servicepartnere, samt opbygge og vedligeholde stærke relationer til dem, fabrikken og øvrige samarbejdspartnere.
- Drive vores E-performance område, så vi konstant tilpasser vores service- og produkttilbud samt vores strategiske samarbejder til at følge med elektrificeringen af vores modelrange.
- Håndtere kundeklager på en professionel, empatisk og effektiv måde og derigennem bidrage til en højere kundetilfredshed og langvarige kunderelationer.
- Analysere markedstendenser systematisk og identificere nye forretningsmuligheder. Overvåge og rapportere om eftermarkedets performance, kundetilfredshed, kvalitet og økonomi.
- Sikre at eftermarkedsteamet har de nødvendige kompetencer, værktøjer og ressourcer til at udføre deres arbejde.
- Medvirke til at skabe et godt samarbejde på tværs af afdelingerne og et godt arbejdsmiljø, hvor medarbejderne er motiverede, engagerede og trives.
Om dig
- Du har flere års erfaring med salg og ledelse, gerne inden for bilindustrien, men det er ikke et krav. Dog er det et krav, at du har erfaringer med et slutbrugerprodukt.
- Du har en relevant uddannelse inden for salg, marketing, eftermarked eller lignende, eller tilsvarende praktisk erfaring.
- Du er god til at lytte og har stærke ledelses-, kommunikations- og forhandlingsevner, både skriftligt og mundtligt og på danske og engelsk.
- Du er resultatorienteret, selvstændig og initiativrig, og du trives både med at arbejde alene og i teamet.
- Du har stort fokus på kundetilfredshed.
- Du er fleksibel og omstillingsparat i en dynamisk og foranderlig verden.
- Du kan skabe og opretholde tillidsfulde relationer, og kan identificere dig med Semler Gruppens fire værdier: Ordentlig, Dedikeret, Nytænkende og Glimt i øjet.
- Du har gode IT-kundskaber, herunder kendskab til Microsoft Office.
- Du har kørekort til personbil og villighed til at rejse efter behov.
