Our client is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to strengthen their relationships with major offshore wind developers in Denmark and Norway. As a key commercial representative, you will be responsible for managing strategic partnerships, driving business growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction with their wind turbine solutions and services.

This is a dynamic role where you will collaborate with developers, investors, and internal stakeholders to support offshore wind projects from planning through to execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop long-term relationships with offshore wind developers across Denmark and Norway.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between our client and their key customers, ensuring alignment on commercial and technical requirements.
  • Lead contract negotiations for turbine supply agreements, service contracts, and aftermarket solutions.
  • Work closely with engineering, operations, and service teams to deliver tailored solutions to customers.
  • Monitor market trends, policies, and competitive landscapes in offshore wind to identify new business opportunities.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and retention strategies, ensuring high service quality and support.
  • Develop and execute account management plans to meet revenue and growth targets.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in key account management, business development, or sales within the offshore wind or renewable energy sector.
  • Strong understanding of wind turbine technology, project financing, and procurement processes.
  • Experience working with offshore wind developers, utilities, or IPPs (Independent Power Producers).
  • Ability to negotiate complex commercial agreements and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations, permitting processes, and supply chain considerations in Denmark and Norway.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Fluency in English (Danish or Norwegian language skills are a plus).
