What drives our Customer Support efforts?The most important question I ask is what our customers would like to see in the solution. I use these answers to help shape our support and ensure that the solution performs as expected.
Meet Our TeamHead of Customer Support: I have a background in HR and I chose Customer Support because it appeals to my problem solving and logical skills. I especially enjoy being in charge of bug reporting, because it eliminates errors and gives customers a better experience.
Customer Support Specialist: What I like most about my job is that my work makes the customer's day better and contributes to them reaching their goals. Support is never boring because no two customer issues are the same and you learn new things daily.
