A Day in the Life

You will work closely with compliance rules and regulations in the Nordic to deliver high-quality Contract Management partnership to our customers and the Medtronic Operating Units (OU). This involves demonstrating a solid understanding of processes and policies, as well as effectively monitoring information flows and resolving standard issues. Your responsibilities will include handling compliance, tracking agreements, and gathering documentation to be able to get the requests from OU approved in the system ONIT. Your ability to maintain an overview and attention to detail is crucial in daily operations. A comprehensive perspective on the entire Nordic region is essential to be an effective partner for the OU's across all Nordic countries. You will be part of a Nordic team, working in an international environment.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Engage with Health Care Professional (HCP) with regards to Master Service Agreement, Honorarium, Proctorship
  • Handle sponsorships for Congress/Meeting/Exhibition booths
  • Deal with Research/ Educational Grants and equipment Grants/Loans and charitable donations
  • Be responsible for DocuSign processes as well as create PO numbers in Ariba
  • Answer questions and guide OU or functions with regards to compliance rules, invoices, and other practical information. Presentations to OU at sales meetings/virtual meetings

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Good time-management and organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple and changing priorities while maintaining strong focus on execution and results
  • Excellent problem-solving, diplomacy, teamwork and negotiation skills
  • Accurate, detail oriented and pro-active
  • Excellent customer focus with a commercial and adaptable approach
  • Fluency in one or more Nordic languages and strong communication skills in English

Essential business system software knowledge/skill including MS Office.

Work experience in a similar role with compliance would be an advantage as would experience from the Medical Device Industry as well as quality and process improvement knowledge.
