Arbejdsopgaver
Vi søger en Sales & Marketing Manager til vores ene hovedprodukt - landets største platform for studierabat til verificerede studerende – denne platform tilbyder virksomheder mulighed for at opbygge en relation til fremtidens mest købestærke kundesegment mod at tilbyde studierabat.
Du får hovedansvar for såvel indhold (studierabatter og partnere) som kommunikationen af disse til landets studerende. Dine arbejdsopgaver spænder således ganske bredt og gode planlægningsegenskaber/struktur er et must for at lykkes i rollen. Arbejdsfordelingen mellem salg og marketing relaterede aktiviteter er ca. 50/50.
Du refererer direkte til CEO og får en høj grad af frihed til at planlægge og udføre dit arbejde.
Opgaver som du bl.a. kan komme til at løse omfatter:
- Udarbejdelse af præsentations- og salgsmateriale.
- Kontakte nye potentielle virksomhedspartnere.
- Tilrettelæggelse, udarbejdelse og udførsel af såvel offline som online markedsføringskampagner.
- Udarbejde individuelle planer for større virksomhedspartnere.
- Strategisk ansvar og praktisk udførsel for Studiz profil på sociale medieplatforme og ”How to Studiz” bloggen.
- Strategi for og udarbejdelse af PR-materiale.
- Ansvar for og udarbejdelse af medlems-mail.
- Deltage i den videre udvikling af virksomheden på både strategisk og operationelt niveau.
- Opfølgningerne aktiviteter i forhold til både virksomhedspartnere og studerende.
- Personaleansvar for studiemedhjælpere og praktikanter.
Din profil
- Du er initiativ- og iderig – vores motto lyder: ”Alt skal prøves ” og ”Done is better than perfect”.
- Du er resultatorienteret med lyst til at opsætte og nå ambitiøse mål.
- Du er struktureret og arbejder organiseret, med en akademisk tilgang (udgangspunkt er data), er selvstændig og en god kommunikator.
- Kendskab til affiliate marketing er en fordel men ikke et krav.
- Du har lyst til at arbejde i en start-up virksomhed hvor tempoet er højt, der er mange bolde i luften og sandsynligvis en del opgaver udenfor dit almindelige ansvarsområde.
