About the roleIn this hands-on role, you will be the driving force behind our assigned air filter product groups. The Sales Representative is responsible for the development of sales accounts and clients, as well as the successful execution of short- and long-term commercial targets in sales in Denmark.

- Customer relations: Initiating and building relations with customers while considering their demands and wishes.
- Driving Efficiency: In charge of effective development and execution of sales plans, achieving sales targets, and increasing the revenue of existing accounts.
- Develop sales channels: Professionally develop indirect and direct sales channels through the establishment of strategic growth initiatives, performance criteria, and targets.
- Advisor in technical matters: Expand Dinair Denmark relationship with the market by selling air filtration solutions, advising customers on technical matters, and helping to find the most appropriate solution.
- Accelerated Time-to-Market: Partner with cross-functional teams to enlarge sales footprint and market awareness.
- Product Champion: Act as an advocate for your assigned products, ensuring clear messaging and building awareness internally and externally.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong technical and business acumen. You are detail-oriented and possess a strong work ethic. With excellent written and verbal communication skills, you can present information effectively. Your ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure with a commitment to ethical decision-making ensures you get your work done.
Our ideal candidate- Has 3 to 5 years of sales experience in technical sales for products that require a deep understanding and explanation.
- Has a background in mechanical engineering or a similar business degree.
- Successful track record with high added value product selling, pricing, negotiations, and account management with a history of consistently delivering on expectations for growth and profitability.
- Experience in filtration and/or automotive sales/applications is an additional value.
- Ability to manage and service accounts over the Denmark sales area.
- Fluent in Danish both writing and speaking, with the ability to communicate in English, both oral and written.
- Experienced in working with MS Office tools and Salesforce.
- Driving license category B.
