VIRKSOMHEDEN
Historien om ParkMan begyndte tilbage i 2011, da fire venner, der mødtes på universitetet, opfandt en service, hvor man ikke længere skulle betale for parkering med mønter. Fra en simpel hjemmeside til en innovativ app, der kan bruges på smartphones, har ParkMan skabt en markedsledende løsning, der er tilgængelig i flere lande.
I dag er ParkMan kendt for sine innovative og brugervenlige parkeringsløsninger. Med et team bestående af medarbejdere fra syv forskellige nationaliteter og baggrunde fortsætter vi med at vokse, og vi søger en Sales Manager, der kan lede vores danske team mod nye succeser.
DIN ROLLE
Som Sales Manager vil du få ansvaret for at lede og udvikle salgsteamet i Danmark og spille en aktiv rolle i salgsarbejdet. Du vil være tæt på kunderne, teamet og ledelsen og sikre, at vi når vores vækstmål samtidig med, at vi bevarer den unikke kultur, som kendetegner ParkMan. Vi er stolte af ikke at være bureaukratiske, men i stedet arbejde med lav hierarki, agilitet og fleksibilitet, så du vil få stor frihed og ansvar i rollen.
DINE ANSVARSOMRÅDER
- Lede og udvikle salgsteamet i Danmark
- Aktivt deltage i B2B-salgsaktiviteter og opbygge relationer med nye kunder
- Rekruttere og onboarde nye sælgere
- Rapportere ugentligt om salgsaktiviteter og nøgletal
- Arbejde tæt sammen med ledelsen om vækstmål og strategiske beslutninger
- Sørge for medarbejdernes trivsel
Hvad vi søger hos dig:
- Minimum 3-5 års erfaring indenfor B2B-salg
- Erfaring med teamledelse og coaching
- En personlighed, der trives i en dynamisk og agil kultur
- Flydende dansk og engelsk, både skriftligt og mundtligt
- Gyldigt kørekort
