About the Role

You'll be responsible for driving our B2B commerce growth by maximizing client investments, identifying new business opportunities, and securing long-term partnerships.

  1. Business Development: Collaborate with our Outbound & Marketing team to identify and engage potential clients.
  2. Strategic Partnerships: Develop long-term relationships with decision-makers and industry influencers.
  3. Sales Process Leadership: Own and orchestrate pitch and RFP processes from start to close.
  4. Pipeline Growth: Qualify leads and track opportunities to maintain a strong pipeline.
  5. Market Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends and contribute to IMPACT's thought leadership.
  6. Collaborative Environment: Work closely with sales representatives and other departments.
Your Profile

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • A proven track record of at least 10 years in sales, with expertise in complex sales and solution selling.
  • A strong network of key stakeholders and industry connections.
  • Commercial acumen, including negotiation, pitch management, and structuring winning sales approaches.
  • Industry expertise, with a deep understanding of the commerce industry, market trends, and digital transformation.
  • A goal-oriented approach, with a competitive drive to exceed sales targets.
  • Collaboration and leadership skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
