Som Sales Director vil du spille en central rolle i at styrke ARKKs markedsposition, udvide vores netværk af forhandlere og skabe vækst gennem stærke partnerskaber.
- Udvikling af salgsstrategi: Udarbejd og implementér vækststrategier for B2B-salg på tværs af markeder.
- Ledelse og udvikling: Motiver og styrk salgs- og agentteams til at nå ambitiøse mål.
- Kunde- og partnerrelationer: Opbyg og vedligehold stærke relationer til eksisterende og nye B2B-kunder.
- Forretningsudvikling: Identificér nye markedsmuligheder og sikre ekspansion i relevante regioner.
- Performance management: Overvåg KPI'er og optimer salgsindsatser gennem datadrevne beslutninger.
- Salgsanalyse og eksekvering: Arbejd tæt sammen med vores top 10-kunder og anvend stærke analytiske evner til at fortolke salgstal og udføre effektive salgsstrategier.
- Budgetansvar: Overvåg og styr wholesale-budgettet, så økonomiske mål nås, og ressourcer anvendes effektivt.
- Har dokumenteret erfaring i en ledende salgsrolle inden for mode, sneakers eller livsstilsbrands.
- Er strategisk tænkende med en solid forståelse af B2B-salg og brandopbygning.
- Har et omfattende netværk i branchen og erfaring med internationalt arbejde.
- Er en stærk kommunikator – både internt og eksternt.
- Behersker engelsk på forretningsniveau – andre sprog er en fordel.
- Er resultatorienteret og motiveret for at skabe vækst.
