Position Overview

We are seeking a Business Integrity & Compliance Manager who will report directly to the General Manager and be an integral part of the Nordic leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with teams across the Nordics, including Commercial and Medical departments, to ensure ethical practices and compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Foster a culture of ethics and integrity within the organization.
  • Coordinate local compliance processes, including healthcare compliance and anti-bribery initiatives.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the compliance culture.
  • Provide guidance to colleagues on ethical business conduct.
  • Contribute to the development of global policies and ensure local implementation.
  • Conduct compliance monitoring and audits to uphold operational integrity.
  • Support management in integrity risk management processes.
  • Document ethical incidents and manage corrective actions effectively.
  • Prepare reports for leadership meetings regarding compliance status and initiatives.
  • Stay informed on healthcare laws and regulations, advising on necessary adjustments.

Compliance and Conduct

Adhere to local legal, regulatory, and ethical standards, aligning with Norgine's code of conduct to maintain the highest levels of integrity.
