Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Norwegian speaking Business Development Consultant to join our team at VAEKST ApS. As a Business Development Consultant, you will play a key role in driving B2B sales opportunities for our customers through our Sales-as-a-Service concept.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound sales activities through email, phone, and LinkedIn to create business opportunities for our customers in the Nordics.
  • Manage your own sales pipelines and drive customer success through regular reports and status meetings.
  • Identify best practices to develop our internal processes and work closely with the management team to build the organisation.
  • Work with CRM systems and AI-tools to streamline sales activities and improve customer insights.
  • Contribute to building the VAEKST culture and foster a collaborative and positive work environment.

Requirements

  • Fluent Norwegian language skills.
  • Proven experience in business development and sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems and AI-tools.
