We are seeking a driven and ambitious Business Developer to help us expand our operations in Scandinavia, particularly in the Swedish, Norwegian, and Finnish markets. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in building up our Scandinavian market by developing and generating opportunities with potential large customers, promoting Hogan Assessments in recruitment and leadership development, and working closely with our Swedish Senior Consultant to map out the potential market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business growth strategies to expand our operations in Scandinavia
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential large customers
- Collaborate with our Swedish Senior Consultant to map out the potential market and develop targeted sales strategies
- Present to management regarding customer status, profit/loss analysis, market, and business opportunities in assigned markets
Requirements:
- Experience in sales to HR departments, preferably sales of tests and assessment tools or HR-related products
- Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Strong networking skills and ability to engage externally
- Comfortable with sales-related activities and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
