Hvad søger vi?
Vi søger en person med erfaring inden for B2B-salg og god kommunikationsfærdighed. Vi tilbyder en bærekraftig løn samt mulighed for hjemme-arbejde efter aftale. Vi søger en person, som gerne vil være med til at udvikle sig selv sammen med os.

Hvad er din hverdag?
Du vil være med til at kontakte nye kunder, booke møder og præsentere vores platform. Du kommer til at forhandle kontrakter og sikre, at vores kunder får præcis den løsning, de har brug for. Desuden bliver du en vigtig stemme i dialogen med vores udviklingsteam, så vi hele tiden forbedrer platformen baseret på kundernes behov og feedback. Dette indebærer også, at du skal være i stand til at analyserer data og følgende udviklingen af vores salgstempo. Vi søger en person, som er interesseret i denne type arbejde, da det ikke kun handler om at sælge, men også om at hjælpe kunderne med at løfte deres forretning.

Jeg søger:
Du skal være en stor dele af din tid sammen med klienterne. Selv om jeg vil holde mig selv undtagen størstedelen af selve salgsprocessen, vil jeg være stort set altid selv til stede, når du har taler sammen med dem. Hertil kommer, at jeg gerne ser, at du flere gange per døgn ringer forsikringsselskaber og idækener samarbejdet, mens jeg selv selv håndtere app-enhedens enheder samt tilgodese hele alle, vores små kultur-analer – blandt andet feriedagene og ritualerne i samskabelsen af lønningsbeslutninger. Fordelingen mellem tag- -und-r-i-med-forsikring og mere sund hemmeligsinn med kollegaer hviler her pa ressourcer af dit eget valg. Jeg vil dog fortælle dig, hvad svarene er før du kontakte dem selv
