">In this critical role, you will serve as the primary point of contact between our sales department and customers requiring technical support for endoscopy services.
">About the Role
">We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to provide exceptional technical support to our customers in Europe (excluding France), IMEA, and South East Asia regions. As a Senior Technical Liaison, you will be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting field-related problems, conducting technical interventions when necessary, and monitoring assistance cases.

- Collaborate with the sales team to align services with customer requirements and business objectives.">
- Offer expert assistance and guidance to local representatives and their customers while adhering to safety regulations.">

- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products and services.">
- Communicate product updates and training materials to relevant stakeholders.">
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A minimum of 3+ years of work experience in related fields, preferably in electrical engineering, electronics, or mechanics.">
- Advanced level of English language proficiency.">
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to problem-solve and devise customer solutions.">
- Prioritization and time management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.">
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and willingness to learn new software applications.">
- A valid driving license, as travel is required more than 80% of the time.">
Compensation and Benefits
">This role offers an estimated annual salary of $85,000 - $110,000, depending on location and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
