Technical Support Specialist

At Align Technology, Inc., we are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our customers.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to proprietary hardware, software, and web applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide remote troubleshooting and technical support to customers via phone, email, or ticket system.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Communicate complex technical information in an easily understood manner.
- Perform on-site repairs of proprietary hardware when necessary.
- Act as a liaison between customers and leasing companies to facilitate the leasing process.
- Manage and monitor customer accounts to ensure timely and accurate financial documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role for a fast-growing international company.
- Fluent in English and a Nordic language.
- Additional languages a plus.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
