Customer Success Liaison

We are seeking a Customer Success Liaison who will be the global point of contact for our customers.
The ideal candidate will partner on Account Plans and Sales Plans, lead global contract renewals and new MSAs and GSAs, and proactively contact at-risk customers to resolve issues through customer needs analysis.
We are looking for a motivated individual who will identify and support new opportunities within assigned accounts for upselling and cross-selling, communicate Iron Mountain policy/price changes, and ensure global alignment.
The Customer Success Liaison will partner with customer service, operations, and the internal sales team to ensure a positive customer experience, leveraging available analytical data and demonstrating a keen understanding of economic, financial, market, and industry trends to drive profitable growth.
- Must have written and spoken communication in Danish and English.
- Business knowledge, insight, and understanding of business concepts, tools, and processes, with the ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.
- Ability to influence and negotiate through proven sales skills and needs identification, aligning unique insights to key customer priorities.
- Must exhibit excellent written, oral, and presentation skills through power messaging.
- Ability to team effectively at all levels of IRM and customer personnel on a wide range of topics and issues.
- Ability to develop, maintain, and present to senior level management within their customer base.
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to effectively plan for success and allocate the appropriate amount of time spent on various stages of the sales cycle.
