\Job Description
\As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering 1st and 2nd level technical support to onshore employees through phone, email, and in-person interactions. Your goal will be to ensure seamless operations and efficiency in the workplace.
\You will collaborate with other IT team members to work on IT projects and implement new solutions. This will involve monitoring, managing, and solving tickets in the ticket system related to defined KPIs, as well as setting up and configuring new computers and mobile devices for employees.
\Required Skills and Qualifications
\To succeed in this role, you will need 2+ years of experience in IT support or a relevant position in an IT department. You should have knowledge of systems and applications like Fresh Service, Aruba Central, and PRTG, as well as experience with general IT hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
\Experience with ITGC related to SOX (Sarbanes Oxley Act) is an advantage, and experience from the maritime sector and vessel systems is beneficial. Fluency in speaking and written English is essential for this position.
