You have a background in retail, ideally in areas such as Product Quality, Compliance, Product Standards, or Circularity.
Familiarity with IKEA Recovery or Sales, along with a keen interest in product quality, is a plus.

Your stakeholder management skills are commendable, enabling you to navigate ambiguous environments that require collaboration across various functions.

You possess excellent interpersonal skills, allowing you to cultivate trustful relationships, and you communicate effectively in both Danish and English.

Your experience encompasses the business planning process, including setting directions and formulating strategic and operational goals, along with monitoring KPIs.

You can make swift decisions and prioritize effectively while capturing insights for continuous improvement.

You have a solid understanding of relevant legislation and standards, or the ability to acquire this knowledge, particularly applicable to the Home Furnishing and/or Food product range.


Your responsibilities

You will lead initiatives to drive growth by ensuring the availability of safe and compliant Home Furnishing and Food products to customers at a national level.

You will play a key role in the product compliance efforts within the retail market, ensuring that we provide safe and compliant products to our customers.

As part of the PQR&C (Product Quality, Recovery & Compliance) team within the Selling department, you will actively contribute to the PQR&C plan to achieve shared objectives and goals.

You will monitor and report on national regulations, industry standards, and health and safety requirements. You will oversee the compliance of the IKEA product offering throughout retail operations.

You will assist in implementing standardized product compliance processes, tools, and KPIs, and address any product-related noncompliance and risks, including recall procedures.

You will maintain strong relationships with all internal and external key stakeholders, including national consumer authorities.

You will keep the organization informed about product safety and compliance.

Proficiency in Danish and English is required.
This is a full-time position based at our Service Office.
Salary is determined according to IKEA's salary policy, based on your competencies and includes pension benefits.
