Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies: In close cooperation with our French HQ, you will develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies and plans to achieve company objectives, including brand positioning, product promotions, and customer acquisition.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and finance to align digital marketing efforts with business goals and priorities.
- Coordinate Internal Communication: You will coordinate the internal communication function, including internal newsletters, announcements, townhall presentations, and templates.
- Conduct Market Research and Analysis: You will conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product differentiation.
- Define Target Customer Segments: You will define target customer segments and develop targeted digital marketing campaigns and messaging to reach and engage key audiences.
- Oversee Digital Marketing Content Creation: You will oversee the creation and production of digital marketing content, including website copy, blog posts, social media updates, digital newsletters, and multimedia assets, ensuring brand consistency and quality in close collaboration with the Communication Officer and external agencies.
- Manage Digital Marketing Channels: You will manage digital marketing channels, including websites, social media, email marketing, and online advertising, to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase conversion rates.
- Monitor and Analyze KPIs: You will monitor and analyze KPIs and marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and optimize performance.
- Prepare Reports and Presentations: You will prepare regular reports and presentations for executive leadership, providing insights and recommendations for digital marketing strategy and investment.
- Proven Track Record in Digital Marketing: You must have a proven track record in developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies, preferably from an international company.
- Strong Understanding of Digital Marketing Concepts: You must have a strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Excellent Analytical Skills: You must possess excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights to optimize campaign performance.
- Creative Problem-Solving Mindset: You must be a creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to think strategically about complex issues.
- Project Management Skills: You must have well-proven project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Danish: You must speak and write English and Danish fluently.
