About the Job:

Saxo Bank is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to support its Board of Directors as an Assistant. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and contribute to the success of the organization.

As our ideal candidate, you will play a key role in ensuring effective communication among board members, facilitating meetings, and maintaining accurate records. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with senior executives and external stakeholders to drive business growth and development.

The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, including note-taking and minute-writing abilities. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting platforms is also required.

A strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to maintain confidentiality are crucial in this role. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and collaborate effectively with colleagues across different departments.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience. If you are a proactive and adaptable individual with a passion for providing exceptional administrative support, we encourage you to apply.

Your Profile:

  • Proven experience as a secretary or executive administrative/personal assistant, preferably in a board or executive-level environment
  • Highly developed organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills, including note-taking and minute-writing abilities
  • Proficient in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook etc.) and virtual meeting platforms
  • High level of professionalism and ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across
