Job Requirements

We're looking for a hands-on leader with the following qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager, HR Business Partner, or Senior HR professional, ideally in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related industry.
  • Strong expertise in HR Operations, Talent management, Employee engagement, Organizational development, and compliance.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with senior management and external stakeholders.
  • A proactive mindset, driven by integrity, innovation, and the ambition to make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the HR function, ensuring alignment with the company's vision, mission, and strategic objectives.
  • Provide HR insights and recommendations to the CEO and Leadership Team to support decision-making and long-term workforce planning.
  • Drive organizational development initiatives, including workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development.

Talent Acquisition & Employee Experience:

  • Attract, onboard, and retain top talent by implementing robust recruitment and retention strategies.
  • Foster an engaging and inclusive work environment that supports diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Enhance employer branding to position Oresund Pharma as an employer of choice in the pharmaceutical industry.

Culture & Organizational Development:

  • Drive a strong, collaborative, and high-performance culture across the organization.
