Director of Technology Portfolio Management

Are you a technology leader looking to drive excellence in end-to-end product technology development? We're seeking a seasoned professional to join our Portfolio Management team in Billund, Denmark.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate end-to-end planning, decision-making, and strategic alignment of the technology portfolio in LEGO products – hardware, software, and firmware.
- Build visibility for executive stakeholders on progress, risks, and costs of the technology portfolio.
- Establish clear decision criteria, decision process, documentation, and business case requirements for portfolio decision-making – elevating the focus on Return on Investment and technology resource trade-offs.
- Own and develop the Technology Development Process for product technology – designed for effectiveness, end-to-end thinking, quality, and risk management.
- Lead a team of 5 portfolio and process specialists within technology – as part of a Portfolio Management team managing the full product portfolio for the LEGO Group.
