Job Description: Business Development Associate

This role involves generating quality connections with potential customers, serving as the first point of contact for prospective clients in Japan. You will create business opportunities, develop awareness campaigns, and engage in discovery calls to generate new leads.

Your responsibilities will include researching, prospecting, and reporting for assigned campaigns. As part of our Business Development Team focused on the Japanese market, you will use tailored approaches matching linguistic, cultural, and business specifics.

You will collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to create engaging content, convert leads to customers, and reactivate cold accounts. A detail-oriented approach is crucial, allowing you to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Requirements
  • Experience with the Japanese market, preferably one year or more in business development, sales, or related roles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese, along with good English language proficiency
