Key Responsibilities

This role encompasses:

  • Operational Planning: Developing and implementing production plans that align with business objectives.
  • Execution: Collaborating with tactical planners to ensure stable and efficient production execution.
  • Maximizing Output: Identifying and optimizing bottlenecks to enhance productivity.
  • Scenario Preparation: Presenting production scenarios to the management group to inform strategic decisions.
  • Strategic Direction: Continuously improving planning processes, standards, and systems to drive business excellence.
  • Leadership: Coaching and mentoring a team of production planners.

Requirements

To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • An undergraduate degree in a relevant field such as engineering, supply chain, or a related discipline.
  • Significant experience in production planning within the pharmaceutical industry or a regulated environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Danish is beneficial but not essential.
