Senior Sales Development Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Export Sales Manager to join our team at STERISAFE ApS. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for establishing and developing sales through a distribution network structure in Scandinavia, Baltics, and the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential distributors targeting segments within hospitals, professional kitchens, restaurants, food factories, and agriculture.
- Draft business plans and pursue sales potentials in each of the designated markets.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing director to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Travel 50-75 days per year to meet with distributors and customers.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar position, such as Key Account Manager or Export Manager.
- Ability to develop and progress international sales on a wholesale level with a B2B product.
- Knowledge of STERISAFE products or similar technologies is not required.
- Fluency in English and one of the Scandinavian languages.
