Heat Systems Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Heat Systems Sales Manager to drive growth and innovation in our Marine Boiler business across all global markets. As a key member of our Service Sales Management Team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic activities to enable long-term growth.
Your Key Responsibilities- Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills to empower your team of salespeople, driving them to achieve outstanding results.
- Develop and execute a clear marketing strategy based on a deep understanding of markets, customers, and competitors, ensuring a competitive edge in the industry.
- Provide a compelling offer of products and services tailored to specific industries and applications, leveraging your commercial and technical expertise.
- Motivate and drive Sales Companies to generate demand in established businesses through the Global Sales Team, fostering collaboration and teamwork.
- Enable the team and organization to deliver on growth expectations and sales targets, demonstrating personal leadership and a customer-centric approach.
- Showcase your ability to optimize internal processes and structures, streamlining operations to drive efficiency and productivity.
You have several years of experience in a similar manager role, with a proven track record of empowering people management and driving business growth. Your commercial and strategic mindset, combined with technical expertise, makes you an ideal fit for this position. You possess strong communication skills, a flair for handling complex matters, and a passion for delivering results-driven solutions.
