Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Consumer Goods Partnership Development Manager to join our team at Wolt. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong partnerships with leading consumer packaged goods companies.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in global enterprise sales or account management, as well as a proven ability to create incremental value for partners in a self-driven manner. A strong understanding of the CPG and e-commerce industries is essential, and experience in the ads industry is a major plus.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ad + Promo Sales: Develop and execute commercial initiatives that drive sales growth and customer engagement through targeted advertising and promotional activities.
• Joint Business Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create win-win-win models that benefit both Wolt and our CPG partners, as well as our end-customers.
• Plan Execution: Work closely with local teams and global operations teams to ensure seamless execution of operational plans, including supply chain management and marketing campaign optimization.
• Market Insight & Data-Driven Analysis: Leverage market knowledge and data analytics to identify trends, generate insights, and inform strategic decision-making.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Relevant Experience: Proven track record of driving business growth and creating incremental value for partners in a self-driven manner.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the CPG and e-commerce industries, with experience in the ads industry a major plus.
• Presentation & Communication Skills: Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations to C-level executives.
• Analytical Skills: Advanced ability to leverage data to uncover trends, generate insights, and inform strategic decision-making.
• Attitude: Ownership and entrepreneurial mindset, with a willingness to take calculated risks and drive growth in a fast-paced environment.
• Languages Proficiency: Fluency in English and Danish.
• Other: Eligible to work in the country where the job is posted and willing to travel when necessary.
