About the Role

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate VIP guest arrivals and ensure all special requests and requirements are handled with the utmost care and attention.
  • Proactively identify and prioritize VIPs among guests.
  • Communicate vital guest information to relevant operational departments to ensure seamless service experience.
  • Oversee guest inquiries and ensure that any issues or requests are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure pre-arrival requests and amenities are prepared, and rooms are ready for guest arrival.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Guest Relations Manager or similar.
  • Prior experience with a luxury hotel brand is a valuable asset.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and management skills are essential for success in this role.
